In the third meeting of the first edition of Segrate writes (9 June 2006), were presented to the citizens of the two authors Piero Tarticchio and Walter Vaccari .
Piero Tarticchio . Born in Wales in Istria in 1936, as well as a painter is also a writer and journalist. He is the author of The roots of the wind , Midia Edition (with whom he won the 1998 Noble Prize literary Istria), and the historical novel Nascinguerra , published by Baldini & Castoldi, Dalai.
